Returns & Exchanges:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept used tobacco/vapor products for returns due to legal liability.

Returns on Vaporizer/E-Liquid Products:
All Tobacco/Vapor products must be returned within 14 days of shipping in 100% NEW and UNUSED condition with all original packaging to be considered for a refund. If you ship us a smoke/vapor product that has been used, we will not provide a refund and will not ship your product back to you.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We ship to all states in the USA, however we cannot ship any tobacco or smoking products to the states of Vermont or Maine due to state laws. We do not ship internationally. Some orders will be sent in multiple shipments due to varying stock levels at each location.
For shipping rates, we keep it simple. Orders over $50 ship for free, and if your order is under $50, you pay the same price it costs us to ship your order. Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight and dimensions of your package and the shipping class you select.
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. We offer First Class, Priority, Parcel Select Ground, and Express Mail through USPS. We occasionally use UPS Ground shipping services as well.
It is important to note that USPS Priority Mail shipping is not guaranteed to arrive next day. If you need your order delivered by the next day guaranteed, please select Express Mail. However, selecting Priority Mail will speed up the delivery time compared to selecting First Class.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday generally ship the same day. We always ship within 24-72 hours maximum following your purchase. Shipments within the Continental USA usually take 2-5 days for delivery.
We ship online orders out of Des Moines, Iowa, as well as some of our retail locations located throughout Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska.

Vape Shipping/PACT Act:
*Due to the recently updated PACT Act, all vape/vaporizer products and accessories are PICKUP ONLY. If you add any vapes, e-liquids, or vape accessories to your cart, you will only be able to checkout for In-Store Pickup. Pickup Only products will be indicated by *Pickup Only* at the top of the description on the product page. Thank you for your understanding!
Where’s my order?
You should have received an order confirmation email link to a tracking number to see where your package is. If you haven't received your order and you suspect a problem, e-mail us at email@example.com, or give us a call at 515-287-9050.
